Do you think that Sensory Processing Disorder/Sensory Integration Dysfunction is on the autism spectrum?

There could, at least theoretically, people who have these disorders but do not have autistic symptoms, otherwise. I've seen NTs hypersensitive to sensory input.

Similar to NLVD: a close cousin to Aspergers--but a separate disorder, nevertheless.

Hard to say because I believe they are part of it but you can have those and not be on the spectrum.

Unofficially there has been little or no discussion of how much, how and why this is being diagnosed.
