Can symptoms of Prosopagnosia also include missing verbal and none-verbal body languages as well?

I addressed this in the other thread. No. Prosopagnosia is specifically related to facial recognition. However, Prosopagnosia and autism spectrum disorders have high comorbidity. The other symptoms you describe are consistent with those described in the DSM for some form of autism spectrum disorder.

Basically it's semantics. It's not unusual for all of these things to be experienced together, though by definition they aren't all part of "Prosopagnosia"
