Hi, FAS----I've been wondering where you were!!
I can't really relate to your post; but, I'm always doing math in my head----for instance, if I know someone's age and they tell me they've been living a certain place for 15 years, I always INSTANTLY do the math; or, if I go to a restaurant and they have pies on display, I'll instantly calculate that a third of the pie, or whatever, has been eaten; or, someone says something about they did something in 1996, I'll have to calculate how many years they've been doing "whatever"----and, it just goes on and on and on----CONSTANTLY doing math----and I wouldn't even consider myself a math person (as in, good at math----except for the very basic math, I've described)! ! I'm just always calculating!! It was MURDER, when I was a cashier----because THEN everything was calculated in dollars and cents!! I would calculate a person's change, before I rang it up----but, I always had to look at the cash register, because I wasn't confident in my math skills!!
