I can see why you'd think that, there are some shared traits.

However, as said above me: no, we are not divergents, not as portrayed in that film

Not literally but I can see the connection. Many can likely relate to them in various ways. Ex. 1) being different not really fitting in to any NT mold 2) having to hide ie pretending to be normal 3) not feeling completely accepted etc

I don't know how it's portrayed in the movies but in the books, people are assigned to factions based quite literally on very uneven subtest scores. Scoring very highly in one subtest but poorly in the others is the norm in that world. It's how people wind up in the factions they do. The divergents are noted as such because they are the only ones who don't have uneven subtest results.
