Teaching my daughters home schooling class! I'm so nervous!

I am teaching speed (or velocity) to my daughter's home school group on Sunday. I am pretty excited since there is some math involved but I am beyond nervous to speak in front of everyone. My wife says not to worry since it's just kids and the parents will be on their cell phones but I can't help it. Any words of wisdom??? I guess I could drink a few beers before I teach but I think that would be a bad thing...
