I am having trouble finding an upgraded up to date prevalence report on autism. Some reports say 1 in 88, other 1 in 110, and some 1 in 150. I want the most accurate and agreed upon prevalence report on autism in America.

I'd go with the CDC rate, which is one in 88. I only consider this the most accurate because this is the figure the media has reported, and what educators and policy makers are basing decisions on. This is more of an educated guess based on the small sample size. With the likely underreporting of Autism incidences, it is likely future estimates will produce a different number.

Since I began researching AS I initially thought that it was much more prevalent in the UK. I later realized that it seems just to be much more open and accepted there in the UK than in the US. Sometimes at work I will look around and try to figure out who else around me might be AS. I can't be the only one (US military).

If anything is a disease I would say that it's being a so-called neuro-typical rather than being a so-called autistic (or perhaps either or both in the sense of "everybody must have a label" syndrome). Statistics cannot always be trusted. Sources of statistics should always be questioned. Following & tracing the money behind who funded said statistics are also important. A lot of deceptive-control has been established. People are following patterns that have been set forth in society by designe in order to keep everybody deceived into believing in various labels as-if though it's supposed to be of one defintion when it often means something else completely altogether.

I typically do not bother to interact with others, not for reasons to do with any so-called autism, but more for reasons that have to do with the fact that most of them are not on MY level of awareness-expansion, and they're often foolishly deluding themselves into perpetuating their ignorance. You also need to keep in mind that, statistically, the results will vary for a variety of reasons:

* demographics
* geographics/region
* quality of study
* determining criteria

The DSM is based on votes where-as behaviour-patterns of individuals have more to do with a kind of mental energy-system than it does to do with any so-called genetics (the idea that you are born with your behaviours due solely to your genetics is one of the biggest frauds being perpetuated in society right now). The REAL problems right now at its SOURCE actually happen to be the greedy International Banking Institutions that have control over the "economy" in such a manner as to the unstable "structure" society (otherwise the entire world could be living in abundance right now and all sickness & diseases & problems would've been a thing of the past by now including the stigmas like autism).

No one knows for sure for any country due to the way Autism is diagnosed.

It speculated that 3% - 15% of a country and global population fits on the spectrum.

The only way you get tested for Autism is when you or your parent (if you're a child) request it.
