My son is autistic and he has such high sensory feeling that it is impossible to find clothing that he will feel comfortable in.
I am wondering what problems others have had and what tips and tricks may work to help with this?

Look for tag-free tee shirts and underwear (this is common now, the tag info is just printed onto the fabric) and seamless socks (they are advertised as "diabetic socks".) Natural fibers are less uncomfortable than polyester/rayon/acrylic, so look for all-cotton or cotton with a tiny bit of spandex when you buy shirts. Pants with elastic waistbands are more comfortable than jeans, so you might want to buy sweatpants or joggers instead. Remember to shop by FEEL--run your hand over the clothes on the rack, don't just pick them based on how they look visually.

Why not? There are weighted vests and weighted belts you can buy specifically for the purpose of having weighted clothing.

You could also try buying clothes made of heavy cottons and canvas, or just sewing weights into pockets.

Also a lot of aspie teens I know wear hoodies pretty much all the time (I did in high school, and that was slightly before hoodies were so popular), if he likes those you can try letting him wear them all the time (and get the school on board with it). Hoodies add a fair amount of weight so I think it might be part of the reason they are so popular with aspies.

P.S. Does this mean that Bellicheck is an aspie... :-o lol.

I have no clue, it depends on what his sensitivities are. Somebody suggested hoodies and they wear them a lot now. Mine are 26, 21, 20 and 18 but hoodies have been popular for years and still are. I have tons of them around here for the two kids who still live at home. They do have weight on them.

If it's wanting something tight or squeezy feeling that he wants, what about emo jeans? Skinny jeans are really tight and are pretty popular although they look horribly uncomfortable. I have one pair and don't much like them. I don't wear Mom Jeans but I also don't wear skinny jeans like the emo's do. But they are tight, easy to find, and popular.

Also, what about those woven hemp style hoodie or poncho shirts he could wear over a tshirt? They are soft and also heavy. You could probably find them wherever you find hippie or New Age type clothes. Wherever the Burning Man people go lol. And Phish fans. And anywhere in Seattle too probably.

Another soft thing is flannel. You can get flannel button up shirts without tags and they are soft as can be, especially after washing.

There are always sweat pants. Those are popular. I've also seen lots of kids wearing night pants around in town and to school. Seems to be a growing fad. Maybe it's something that could help.
