Getting accommodations one size fits all?

Hey Gang, In another section I've posted that I'm still having issues getting the right accommodations through my college (tutor or instructional aide) because I am in Adult ED thus not a paying college student they are only giving me the bare minimum they know I have Autism and 3 other LD's so I was wondering if this one size fits all thing is common in other colleges or adult ed classes that you guys may be enrolled in. Now they did provide a list of tutors that I would have to pay for but none would say for sure if the tutor have exp dealing autistic individuals with LD's As it is I was barely getting any help when I was in school and yes I was in special ed and it was a one size fits all with them so can anybody whom is enrolled in college or Adult Ed give me some advice? I'm getting the run around form the college the person I am working with (he just disclosed to me that he doesn't know anything about the college/school system as he's a "supportive employment specialist") We've talked about contacting state representatives and see if there's any legal recourse because we feel ADA laws are being violated. I've got another person reaching out to another person whom specializes with people whom has Autism/Aspergers to see what he could recommend (if anything) I want to diploma but I'm having a hell of a time getting there...but I am still pressing on....
