I feel like life is a never-ending cycle of stupidity and violence. It's really tiring, and there seems to be no escape.

All you've achieved and all the knowledge you gathered is just chucked out the window, or bulldozed over. Hords of blank-slate know-nothings are born every single month. And they have little regard for you or your life.

I see the stupid and petty behavior of these newcomers every day, to this planet. Everything good, worth keeping is being erased by these atavistic upstarts (not all of them, just most)

Peace, serenity, sanity, moderation, and stability ? All that's boring and undesirable to them. They want material things, competition, money, power over other ppl, get rich or die trying, class inequality, destruction of the spiritual, destruction of the sacred.

Nothings sacred anymore.

Any you older NDs feel this way or similar ?

If you want the truth, it may start to sound crazy. Everyone has been enslaved on this planet by empire after empire for centuries, and the social conditioning and propaganda are very strong. They created a paradigm where they influence or coerce people how to think and act through social-conditioning and engineering. More people are waking up to this though now so I think it's probably going to turn out okay in the end..

Yep, I see these people are being "new souls" to the planet, who have no real respect for it, full of arrogance and full of themselves and won't listen to anyone unless they are getting their egos stroked.

It's not really the individual people, but the hive-mind, - the mind viruses that are pulling their strings to control their behavior.
It's just like how the flu virus makes you cough so that you will spread the virus.

I'm tired and burnt out because of all these people coughing their nonsense all over me constantly.

You have said this a lot. Are you speaking metaphorically or literally? Seriously asking about your 'hive-mind', I am pretty sure you honestly hold the belief that viruses 'make' you cough as that is a common misunderstanding.

The "hive mind" is a metaphor for how NT's are supposed to "conform."

So you literally saying that there is a 'hive-mind' controlling the thoughts of individuals to behave in certain ways (mainly those declared as being 'NT') and that it spreads like a virus. (Simplistically speaking)

Are you diagnosed by a professional as having ASD/Aspergers? I ask, because I have noticed this idea seems to be a well received one amongst members of this site.

Yes, and yes.
The hive-mind is not a tangible thing like the actual DNA contained in a virus, but what makes the virus what it is is the code or logical algorithm represented by the structure of the nucleotides. The algorithms that make the virus is a system intelligence.

The hive-mind is a system intelligence as well.
Different modes of communication is how it spreads.
It's a collection of algorithms varying slightly from individual to individual, and also by region.
What we call "culture" and "subcultures" give some functional type descriptions of part of the hive-mind.
Generally, what we would label as culture is the observable "footprint" that is left by the hive-mind.
There are other types of footprints as well, - some not so obvious.

I think many people think this way but what are we going to do about it? Honestly, we can not do any thing about it.

My problem is that I'm a vegetarian and struggle every day to understand why the animals people eat have to go through so much hell. They live in confined spaces, are given antibiotics, and are then killed inhumanly. Many slaughter houses will skin a steer alive if it does not die after it has been stunned. Chickens are boiled alive and baby chics are thrown into meat grinders alive. There are more than 1 million pigs who die en route to slaughter each year. The reason why it is recommended that meat is cooked thoroughly is because it is already contaminated before you buy it. My therapist say's that most people could care less how the animals they eat were treated or how they were killed. OMG!

It could be worse. In China dogs and cats are killed by slow torture because they think it makes the meat taste better. The only way to get decent meat is to raise it yourself, which I'm trying to buy land so I can do just that.

Animals are pumped full of antibiotics because they are raised in filth. Chicken barns have concrete floors, so the floors are covered in poop. Since chickens are dumb, they peck at their own droppings. Antibiotics are the only reason they don't keel over dead. If you look at pix of chicken barns, the hens are all confined and barely have enough room to breathe. Backyard chicken keepers are told to have three square feet per hen, but barn chickens don't even have that.

Dairy cows, Deb have you ever smelled a dairy cow lot? ICK! The reason for pasteurization is because of the filthy dairy lots. And egg chickens are kept in tiny cages stacked to the ceilings of barns, they have a heat lamp on their butts 24/7 so they will keep laying. Then after they're burnt out they go to rendering. The scary thing is, there are so many humans now that it is impossible to do anything about it, the need for food is too great to not treat animals as meat factories, subject to Taylorist handling practices. If the system didn't produce all that food, billions of humans would die.
