I just moved from residential care to supported living.
The day before i moved i was stressed and hit 3 members of staff at the residential home and the police came but they did not arrest me because they said i was unsuitable for being detained or interviews (I don't know why).
And after that i was told if i hurt anyone ealse that night i would be spending the rest of the night in a sucare hospital.(At least it did not go that far).

At the supported living place i keep getting morned at because i hate signing out so i do no sign out so they morn at me.

The room seams a bit more safety first like limited opening on windows and the radiator is coveraged with wood with a metal grid in the front.

And even more annoyingly the mattress is a waterproof one for some reason (I do not wet the bed at all).
It is uncomfortable to sleep on :(

Did they tell you when they're going to move you back to the other facility, away from the "secure" place you are at now?

Don't know.

As i said the radiator you have a strange box around it with a front piece of metal with a grid of holes.
They keep asking me to sign the book when i go out.

I need to find out what is the best way to complain about the waterproof mattress the bed has :(

I understand it lessens your freedom--but they feel you must "sign the book" so they know that you went out. Otherwise, they wouldn't know where you are, and they might start worrying. It's kind of a "cover your arse" kind of thing.

I am just totally confused by everything here. what is a sucare hospital, and what is morned at? Do you mean "secure hospital" and maybe "moaned'' at? You asked what does everyone think? I think you should not hit people and maybe try to relax a bit and follow the rules and then they wont moan at you. Why are you there? Did a doctor say you should be there? Maybe try and be more open the place, it might help you, maybe you are just fighting everything too much and must try and give in a little. Give it a try. Maybe the over-secure place is just safe for everyone. If you just try to be ok there, what is the worst thing that could happen? Good Luck! Take care of yourself and otherstoo!there, what is the worst thing that could happen? Good Luck! Take care of yourself and others too...

I said they threatened to send me to one on that night.

And i called this place over safety due to how the room is designed.

The mattress situation is an easy fix. You can get a cloth mattress cover with a quilted pad that can go over the mattress protector that is on the bed. This will give you a soft layer under your sheets between you and the uncomfortable mattress. The waterproof mattress cover is probably required in a place like that, so it won't do to ask to get it removed.

The whole outside of the mattrsses appers to be waterproof making it unconformable as it is not flexible enough (Stays in the standed shape and does not really move to the shape of body much at all).

At the moment i put a duvate over the top of it.
