My main challanges are my inappropiate responses, obsessive compulsive behevaior, and some hyperactive urges. Which diet would best minimize my symptons. I know there is gluetin free but I also heard about a Ketogenic diet, which is designed to help people with epilepsy. However, I DO NOT have epilepsy/seizures and never had a siezure. The point is I heard that a Ketogenic diet is used for other besides epilepsy, like autism, cancer, and diabetes. I had gluetin free since I was 12, but enacting the diet was used only on occasions (short on and long OFF), which explains my behavior today. So which diet is best for me.
