The combination of only allowing myself two cups of tea a day (as opposed to coffee or cola), coming off mirtazapine, taking extra olanzapine if needed, and using prochlorperazine and clonazepam from time to time is beginning to work.

I also have been reading about Stoicism. It intruiges me. My dad is a Stoic and I think I will adopt this philosophy. It works for him.

Today was meltdown-free and emotion-minimal, with no effort to do so. I just didn't have anxiety or much emotion.

Thank you for your support.

That sounds good. I hope it continues to work for you.

I have often been told I'm very stoical, though I don't really know what it means and when I have googled I still don't understand it and I'm also not sure whether I actually am I or it just appears that way.
