I am using the (subscription) service Focus@Will to help me focus at work. It applies neuroscience research to offer music selected to assist with focus.

Here is the site: https://www.focusatwill.com
Here is their explanation of how it works: https://www.focusatwill.com/wp/science-primer/
And their TEDX talk: http://www.tedxbrussels.eu/will-henshall/
(is it just me, or does this guy look like Ba'al from Stargate?)

I am new to this -- not advocating it yet -- but I wanted to start a place on WP for folks who use it to share which channels work for them. The site is geared to helping people with ADHD -- which some of us have, too -- but not ASD.

I invited the people who asked about this on the site's support page to come talk here about what has worked for them and what has not. Here is a link to that discussion: https://focusatwill.zendesk.com/hc/communities/public/questions/202903570-Asperger-s-

Anyway, if you have thoughts, please share them.
