I need a professional way of dealing with a coworker who gives me a dirty look. Cause there is pos guy at my job who can't seem to take his eyeball off of me. I don't know him and he doesn't know me, we barely talk whatsoever and I have no idea what's his problem. He stares at me as if he hates me. This is really making me angry.

I've told my friends about it and they told me if he does it again give him a middle finger. Everytime we walk past each other I always ended up turning the other direction just to avoid him. No matter where I go, he's always right there. I even shouted "WHAT" at him but obviously that didn't work. My gosh, why are people like him so ignorant? Don't they realize that staring at someone is rude and could escalate a heated argument?

Why are you coming to this forum? It's also your first post on here.

You could try talking to him about it or talk to management about it.

Stare back and smile whenever he does it.

OP could also be trolling.

Considering how many people I know on the spectrum have a problem with staring...
I myself won't even realize I'm doing it, I'll be so far into my own thoughts, until someone comes up to me and asks me why I'm so angry.

The professional way is to talk to HR about it. Go talk to your HR rep and see what they recommend. If your company is smallish and you don't have a dedicated HR, talk to your supervisor or manager. They will talk to the individual and be able to determine the appropriate course of action, from a professional stand point.
Good luck and stay safe.
