Fall in love for autistic look or Van Gogh autistic

I find all young autistics very cute, i have a special attraction for them due to their face expression. I was reading an article about Vincent van Gogh when i discovered an image of him at 13 and it was cute And indeed the look got a similar pattern.
The same, several years ago, i found a boy with an autistic pattern on the eyes, after checking more in details, i found he was in a specialised classroom.
I fall in love for the autistic look but rather for the autism, which is probably different for the asperger. I love the high deepness of spirituality that come from it. <3
Just seing the image of van Gogh at age 13 and 21, i conclude he was autistic. The 13 one is iresistible. I have another exemple with a boy that was genius, so meybe it's the autistic genius look i prefer ?
