I have been studying Asperger's syndrome for a while now but there are some things I still want to find out which don't seem to have a lot of valuable information. The two questions I am asking are: Are people with Asperger's physically stronger than those without it? and Are people with Asperger's taller than people without it?

scientist had found no connection in physical differences in people with autism and aspergers.

why would there be a difference? asperger is psychological?

The users above are correct. There is no known correlation between physical features and AS.

However, the media often preserves the stereotypes that lead the public to think this way.
