Heard about this App for Autistic People Having Meltdowns

Came across this on Huffingtonpost, I don't have many meltdowns, but this app might be helpful to those who do. Essentially it seems to be a script so that when you are having difficulty communicating you can use this app to inform people of what's happening, what you generally need to calm down, etc. More information in the link.

Wow I think this is a really great idea. I don't have meltdowns often but when I do I struggle to move and can't talk so this would be useful in those situations.
