I am not going to post her real name or mine, but I only met her twice.

The first time, a young adult woman with mechanical movements, flat affect, and no inflection in her voice approached me in a park and asked me, "Are you a teacher of life?"

I am not a psychiatrist, but I think I met another Aspie. I have almost neurotypical affect, fluid movements, and vocal inflections when i speak. Perhaps I met someone who needed more help?

It could be medication as well. You can´t know. Approaching a stranger with such a question is unusual.
She may be in some crisis, mentally ill perhaps - looking for answers.
