Is it best/healthiest to sleep with your head pointing North, South, East or West? I've read several conflicting theories on why/whether it matters which direction your body is pointing for a better night's sleep and for your overall general well being!

I'd like to know your opinions on this and the reason/s behind your decision. :)

If there's no light coming into the room, it doesn't matter to me.
Reason: I'm badly informed about this topic.

I'm not aware of the direction of my head having any bearing on the quality of my sleep whatsoever. I struggle regardless.
