Okay, here's a new topic for anyone who need morale support and/or figuring out what they are best at and similar things like that.
For example, I am a Visual Learner and I love books almost to bits, so it is natural that I am a writer. Discussing what you like best might be the best way to figure out what's best for you and how to get on the right track.
Go for it, everyone!

I'm like some kind of information store for things I'm interested in. If I get interested in something I'll learn each and every thing there is about it that's publicly available. If I could choose my interests then that would be great. Or if they lasted for long enough to make anything useful of them. This is like having a superpower yet no control over it. Maybe one day I'll master it.

OP, I would love to see a whole forum here dedicated to this

Yeah! Go Aspies! [I sound kind of like a sports fan, don't I?] I guess a good place to start would be to make a list about only positive things about yourself on it, and go from there! I made a list that ended up being like a mini-version of the Book of Awesome, so that was actually quite awesome!

Any ideas about how to make this more than just a forum topic?

Needs more posters before that I'd imagine.

Yeah, that's true. I wonder if I could put one up at school somewhere or if I'd have to explain myself to the principal.

I'm a senior in college studying sculpture. I'm also a monitor at a wood and metal shop, and a librarian's assistant at a small political science library.

I'm not sure what I'm going to do with my degree in "the real world".

Seaweed, you're a librarian's assistant?! That's great! I did a co-op last year at a school library, and I loved it! Yeah, I'm 90% introverted most of the time too. Well, you could set up an sculpture shop some day. I guess the question to ask yourself is: what part of being an Aspergian brings you the most joy?
