Yoga is great for autistics and anyone else. Also, cats do many yoga poses.

Agreed, and cats do yoga so much, they've named a pose after them. Which is only fitting.

They're also instinctive martial artists. In karate, our senseis keep on trying to teach us taisabaki - being relaxed and then suddenly tensing just as we strike. Cats do this without being taught. It's one of the big reasons they can attack so quickly, because muscle tension slows down movement.

Strawberry yoga is yummy. Actually doing yoga in my experience is very therapeutic for autism.
