Transitions for 2x-Year-Olds

(Note: The 'x' in "2x" stands for a digit, not a letter or the times sign.)
I just did some cursory searches on the unreliable search website known as Google.com, and I could find no relevant info about transitions for *adults* with autism. I am an adult, not a 4-year-old, and I strongly believe that I deserve access to adequate autism transition services, however far I have to go or however expensive the services will be. I live in Galveston County, TX, and therefore, I prefer to go to Harris County, TX, of which the seat is Houston, for such services. Please reply if you have any counter-suggestions.
