This year I will try to be less rigid, more flexible, with my daily routine. There is no reason for me to feel trapped by having to do things in a specific order.

Slow down, you move to fast, got to make the morning last

Happy New Year, I hope this year brings you all happiness and joy.

That is a really good resolution to make.

If you're not happy with something in your life and you have the power to change it then good for you.

All the best goatfish57. :D

Thanks, this morning I spent an extra half hour in bed. Baby steps.

Does anyone else make New Year's Resolutions?

I really like to make self improvement resolutions as well.

If I was to make a resolution for this year it would be to try and read something new every day so that I can develop my knowledge and in turn I wouldn't be short of things to say.

I really enjoy being around people who know a little bit about a lot of things and I think my resolution would help me to have an input with these types of people.

Whether I stick to it or not will be another matter.

But it's like you said goatfish57, "baby steps".

That sounds great. Your resolution is more ambitious than mine.
