Little Sister
I have a little sister who is 8 and completely out of control. Here are some of the things she does:
-Lies constantly and gets away with it, and rids of evidence or tries to frame other people.
-Tries to make other kids in my family hate themselves, and feel bad about themselves. She is a HUGE hypocrite with a gigantic ego.
-Likes to do what she wants. She will often choose things to do and things to eat that other people don't like.
-Can care less about other people's things. She destroys my cool toys, and Lego creations I spent hours working on.
-Likes to start fights, and invades other people's space. She also loves nagging me about my habits, and threatens to beat me up if I don't agree with her. I know, I may sound a little wimpy, but I'm not allowed to touch her, or say mean things to her, because then I will get in trouble.
-Steals without asking. She steals my birthday money, books, electric scooter, and nerf guns I bought with MY money. She tries to give them away to random kids, and claims its "being nice".
-I also try to be nice to her, but she replies and responds coldly, and doesn't accept it.
-She is also EXTREMELY greedy. She will do anything for money, and offer to do my chores so she can get my money. When I also have something good on my plate at a restaurant, or have a basket of fries and red robin, she will often ask for some. When I say no, she will tell on me, and my parents will make me give her some of my food.
Are there any ways to make this stop? If so, please respond below ASAP!

When I was 14 my little brother was 8- the exact same age difference you're talking about. I assume you're an aspie and your sister is NT? The behavior you're talking about sounds like a NT kid to me. In my experience, I was the NT one and my little brother was the aspie.
Okay so #1, kids that age are like that. They're annoying, and they will target you as the older sibling because you get to do all the stuff they can't, yet you're not old enough to be considered an adult. So you're kind of on their kid team, but also not, if that makes any sense.
#2, You will not be able to convince your parents that your sister is doing unacceptable things. Especially if she is the youngest. Even when you guys are in your 50s, she will be the baby and you will be the responsible one. So just accept that. I know it sucks.
#3, Try to set boundaries and limits that everyone in the family understands.
-Such as, get a box that contains your stuff that she absolutely cannot touch. If you have anything fragile or important, it goes in that space and if she touches it your parents have to back you up and she gets punished (she has to go to her room for an hour or whatever). I mean, you will have to propose this and your parents will have to agree.
-Another boundary or limit is that you have a particular time of day that is YOU time. For your special interests or to chill out or whatever. You get to be alone and she can't bother you. If she does, you can call one of your parents and they can escort her someplace else.
-You agree to spend time with her every day (15 minutes) or every week (an hour) doing something you both enjoy. Don't ever complain about having to to put in your time- just do it. Make sure it's something you really do like to do so it's not a chore. This regular time with you will make her put in less energy being your enemy.
I hope some of these suggestions help. It took many years for me to appreciate my little brother. If we had more structure in place life would have been easier.

Thanks for the advice, and she is NT.
