I can be your online friend regardless where you live, including but not limited to Mars and the moons of Jupiter. That's the very definition of ONLINE friend I guess.

I stayed, once, in Burnaby. I took the Skytrain there into Vancouver.

I'd be happy to chat with you, if you'd like. I've been on the Net a looooooong time and am very used to speaking with friends online. Heck, some of my closest friends are people I met online, even if I've only seen them in person a very few times.

I live in the US myself. I like anime well enough though I'm more of a gamer than anything else.

I love this post. It's really something I think many of us here need to do since so many of us have problems creating and/or keeping relationships in our non-online lives. I guess that's why lots of us are here but I haven't seen it posted on an individual basis except for dating.
I don't think I am a great match for you neptunekh because I don't know much about anime but I hope you find a great friend here..

Do you play games online?

I am one for skype, pizza and gaming; I can't keep a conversation otherwise. I can game without skype if you don't like being verbal but I prefer skype cause its makes me feel social. Its kinda funny cause I actually do get anxiety from skyping with people over my speech impediment but I guess my desire to chat while gaming over rides that and its usually short lived and worth it to make friends.

Games I play online is Torchlight 2, Quake 2, Quake 3, Quake live, Terraria, borderlands, Left4dead, etc.

I hate mmo games as a rule of thumb.
