So I tend to laugh at things that aren't funny and can hurt someone's feelings. Like when my mom gets sick, and she gets sick often, I laugh at some of the things she says when she gets upset with being sick. I'm not laugh at her being sick first off, it's the sound of her voice that makes me laugh, although she tends to say things that also make me smile and laugh that aren't meant to be funny. When she gets sick her voice tends to have a high pitch and a little whint, which is what puts a smile on my face. I think it has to do with TV and voice characters because I usually listen to those for a good time or a smile and a laugh.

Don't that's not the only thing I smile and laugh at. If my mom says, well a "bad" word it tends to make me smile and laugh and sometimes she doesn't take kindly to that and gets upset with me. I assume like most people on this site they tend to get in trouble with there parents or caretakers a lot. So when my mom is talking to me to discipline me and sometimes says those "bad" words I tend to smile and laugh when she is upset with me, which in turn makes her more upset with me and think I am not taking her seriously.

Thoughts? Opinions?

I hope your mother gets better.

I believe, at times, that every person laughs at something which might be deemed inappropriate.

I hope you tell your mother, even when you're laughing at her voice, that you love her, and want her to get better.

Have you told her why you laugh? She should know that you're not laughing at her illness, but at her voice.

I tell her that I'm not sure why I laugh. Only now thought of why it might be why I do. And she understands that I have autism, she is the one that got me diagnosed. But her toleratence and patience is low. But it's because not only do I have a mental illness but my sister does too and on top of that she does didn't support from family and they even think that me and my sister are okay. Which tends to cause trouble.

im the exact same way, and i tend to laugh when people get angry, not to make fun of them, but because their face gets red and it reminds me of that crab woman(man?) from the powerpuff girls.

it usually makes them more angry but i find its easier to just keep laughing

I laugh when someone is telling me something bad that happened to them.

Not because I take pleasure in it, but because the situation is ridiculous so its funny, I do get in trouble for inappropriate responses.

I do some inappropriate things but the worst is saying things unfiltered or in a way that can be taken wrongly in the wrong company; i.e., what's good for here is not good for there.
