What are experiences that one might repeat over and over during a tightly scheduled day?

I have repeated the same images and words again and again on consective days, at nearly the same spot in the same time and position.

For example, after english in my senoir year, I would think about busido blade swords every time I walked out of the room into the hall, every single time. I would sometimes imagine how I might draft it, or just comptemplate how interesting they seemed to me. More often I will “play” a particular peice of music in my head. I remember “hearing” a certain eletroncica song from Gran Turismo everytime I walked into the drafting room.

When things become rotinue for me, I tend to think similar thoughts when I do it. It has to be almost exactly alike day in and out, and for that reason, this hasn’t happened to me in college. . .yet.

Some rituals do seem to apply no matter what preceded it.

Yes, I have similar thoughts and phrases which are prompted by my common daily experiences. For instance, whenever I sneeze I say "God bless America" which is rather routine for me. But then everytime I inevitably think "Because America needs it more than me" and within a matter of seconds, I say so.

There are other things. I am just a total creature of habit.
