Even though she doesn't actually have the condition, there is evidence that Usagi may be on the autism spectrum:

She often doesn't act her age.
She's socially awkward.
She's gluttonous all the time.
She's always hypocritical.
She's gullible
She's lazy and objects to schoolwork like maths.
She lacks intelligence for the most part.
She daydreams all the time especially if it involves Tuxedo Mask and his identity, Mamoru.

Maybe Sailor Mercury also has it. She's a loner and a genius.

I've never seen the show, but your list of traits doesn't sound very autistic. The only AS indicators are the immaturity and social awkwardness, both of which could be explained by other traits such as shyness or a simple variance in the human condition. None of the other traits have anything to do with AS, and indeed, hypocrisy is a trait I've found rarely shows up in autistics. We are certainly not inherently lazy or unintelligent. If these are the only traits which make you suspect AS, I'd be inclined to say she's not autistic.

She simply sounds like several teenagers I know.

Maybe ADHD? There are some similarities, and I think some researchers are starting to consider it autism-related. (I've only seen a little bit of the show, and it was a long time ago, but I seem to recall that Usagi was rambunctious and had a short attention span.)

It's common for fictional characters (especially in works intended to be comedic and/or for kids) to seem a little like they have some kind of mental or neurological disorder, even when the creator didn't intend it, just because they are designed to have an exaggeration of normal traits. See: entire cast of Winnie the Pooh.

I'm familiar with the character, but I've never seen the series. While I have seen people those traits in people with Autism, their not very common, as StarTrekker had already pointed out.

If you're looking for Japanese Animated works that feature characters who are unmistakably Autistic, then I find Death Note to be a good example of how wide the spectrum can get while still sharing common base traits.

They are as follows

They are all extremely Autistic, but there not in your face about it, the show never brings it up, so it's left up to you the viewer to connect all the dots.

Interestingly enough, Shinigami appear to be the poster children for Sociopaths in the series, especially Misa's Shinigami, who demonstrates the lengths Sociopaths will go to in order to defend those they've grown to love.

If you haven't watched Death Note yet I highly recommend that you go check it out, it's both entertaining and interesting all at once.

Usagi most definitely not. Maybe you could argue for Ami. Maybe.
