Group Health Alliance insurance in Seattle

Does anyone have Group Health Alliance insurance in Seattle? I heard they cover ABA therapy. Who are the providers of ABA contracted with Group Health Alliance in Eastside. I see a $30 copay for each session for OT,speech therapy or any similar speciality service. Is there a way they bill one time since these are continuous ongoing therapies.
How easy is preauthorization for these services.
