Depression is gone, but my anxiety is way higher

My depression suddenly disappeared a few days ago. I'm really enjoying it, but I'm also noticing more anxiety. I had the higher anxiety levels two days before my depression disappeared. What I mean by more anxiety is that I'm getting "triggered"(I hate this word) by more things now. Harmless comments and stupid conspiracy theories are now making me super anxious. I'm normally not like this. I'm also pretty irritable right now. I twitch whenever I get annoyed.
I have a lot of hypomania symptoms as well, but I'm not diagnosed with bipolar. One psychiatrist did say I might have bipolar when I was twelve, but I'm aware it can't be diagnosed at twelve.

I don't think it's bipolar thing.
It depends...are you on antidepressants?
My psychiatrist said that antidepressants without a mood stabilizer (e.g., lithium salts, Abilify) can make bipolar manias more severe and more likely. I've got bipolar type II, which means the manic episodes are not as severe and prone to delusions like thinking the CIA is tapping my phone or something, and manifest as moodiness, anxiety and irritability instead of crazy shopping binges or sex sprees. So my bad days have me swinging from crying jags to shrieking at somebody over some minor thing (usually my wife, who has the patience of a saint).
I'm not saying you have bipolar disorder, because I'm not a mental health professional and I'm just some schmuck on the internet, but if you are on any meds, you might want to have your psychiatrist reevaluate them.

Not on any meds. The depression just suddenly disappeared.

I'm the same way. My depression changes to anxiety, then about a week later the anxiety goes away and I get the depression back again.

When i am especially depressed, anxiety is less noticeable in a way. If i feel better for a while, there is room to anticipate, and become nervous, its like there is something to lose.
I was getting heightened anxiety before I lost the depression.
