It can be seen in this very forum people on the spectrum are rigid in their thinking.
People on the spectrum can be annoyingly very specific with a narrow focus.
People on the spectrum tend to take things too series.

Some people within the Aspergers part of the spectrum like to think they are in some kind of elite club.

Some people within the classic Autism part of the spectrum are paranoid that those with Aspergers are trying to exclude them.

A little confession I used loaded terms to get attention for this thread here is the main trust of my message.

We are all disabled here we should be helping each other and building up each other.
As for my comments above I am guilty of the lot that is why I am single. :D

The one thing I do get here is we want to get on with each other but we just don't know how a lot of the time.
I say let us make the effort we are all autistic and if we don't come here to help each other why do we come here?

I think this Forum, for the most part, is supportive.

At times, arguments help educate people....but sometimes we overdo it.

It's good for people to reinforce the need for us to cooperate with each other.

This forum has helped me and I would like to see that supportive energy carry on.

In the past you have seen some of my narrow and obsessive behavior.
I think we can all agree this benefits nobody.

This forum along with becoming more mature has helped me gain a bit of perspective.
Sometimes we can pick a narrow focus to take out out frustration with life.

Life is hard but if approached the right way it is worthwhile.

Edit that is what I really like about you your positive energy even if you don't always feel that way.

All people have faults, whether they are on the spectrum or not. Personalities clash, and that leads to misunderstandings and arguments. We have a right to share our opinions. But I agree, we need to support each other and build each other up.
