If you can keep a conversation going with anyone, can make good eye contact, are not bothered by sensory imput to the point of not being able to function, have passions but not very intense ones, but are awkward in group situations to the point of coming off stiff, are very lazy and can see sarcasm/irony when there is none, make jokes which are interpreted as insults, how likely are you to have asd?

You have to have a qualified shrink give you the exhaustive test to be officially diagnosed.

Strangers on the Web cant just tell you whether, or not, you have aspergers.

Its possible that you are an aspie.

Not everyone has all of the text book symptoms. Myself: I dont seem to have sensory issues. Do have intense interests. Do get sarcasm when its there. But neither I, nor most aspies Ive heard of, do the opposite thing that you do: which is to see sarcasm when it isnt there.

Making jokes that folks take as insults? Dont know. Depending on how, and why, you do that it MIGHT be due to a social deficit -that might in turn a symptom of aspergers.

What you have written says probably not BUT

You might think you are presenting to the world one way while the reality is different.

I or anybody else, even an autism expert should not suspect you are or are not based on a few sentences.

If your life is a real strain because of this see a professional(s) and try and find out why be it Autism or something else. If you are doing well learn to cope with and if possible use to your advantage these traits.
