Have seen these before. There is a series of them. Based on that I think they are probably fake. However, I think that was a fairly accurate portrayal of a meltdown to a degree. Him stripping down to his boxers was interesting because I often feel way overheated like am on fire when having a meltdown.

Its confirmed staged but its still hilarious. I watched it when it was first released and i still quote it with my sister to this day

I would have found these offensive if he really had a condition. But heard the mom on a radio interview and she says that he is the mastermind of the thing and directs the others on what to say and how to react.

My uncle says this is the original freak out kid from about 10 years ago that everybody was debating if real or fake.
