What does meet diagnostic criteria mean?

When i was being assesed for AS I got this form that says I meet the diagnostic criteria for AS, what does this actually mean, I assumed it means that i have been formally diagnosed?

I noticed I am a butterfly now, earlier I was an emu egg and I liked being an Emu egg.
