The solution - I found

Stop trying to make sense of society - It doesn't make sense
Have a healthy contempt for the world and society, it's pretty amusing.
Play along, it's a game.

Be unreasonable, be indignant. Pretend like you know what you're doing, everyone else does.

Rule #1. You're right about everything, even if you're not. Everyone else does this subconciously, how I envy them. Makes you an excellent liar. People are stupid, they think in terms of rainbows, flowers and sunshine - their opinions are inconsistent and illogical and they've never even thought about it.

I mean the way I see it, there's no point playing the victim, right? No-one understands anyway.

Well that's how I cope with it anyway and it seems to work pretty well. I still screw up sometimes but I'm alot better than I was.

I cope with "it" because I know in the scheme of things nothing really matters. There is
no free will, no forever , no point to it all and I'm fine with that :)

Well yeh... we all know that, that is irrelevant.
The point is that kind of thinking, while true, doesn't get you anywhere. Like chit chat is stupid, but I try not to dwell on that while I'm doing it.

Not worrying about "getting anywhere" is the cornerstone of my philosophy. Trying to
always be right and to act like you know everything is just part of evolutions testosterone charged game plan. I'm not playing its game.

Well it's difficult to argue with that. I'm finding myself feeling less like an aspie these days. It was really strong in school but now I can be just as irrational and wishy washy as the rest of the population and not worry about it (but I do notice it), plus I like going out now and socialising. I used to not be worried about playing the game, it does make life interesting though.

Do you think people ever recover from aspergers? Is it more of a childhood thing?

It's not about doing a "what", it's all about being a "who". This is the essence of the social world.

Is what NTs do, although it sounds like a sure recipe for disasters.

The first person who gives a logical answer is the loser. If you feel like you have to demonstrate it, you might sound unsure about it and your social value might be lowered.

By the way, I think you'll like reading this:

A cynic is an idealist who has been disappointed by reality to many times......

No,you cant "outgrow" AS,but you do learn how to fake it better,if that is your desire.

I personally think that we create the kind of world(internal not external) that we want to live in and two wrongs dont make a right,so I live with the principles that I want the world to have.Thats not going to change the world because majority rules and I will never be in the majority. It actually seems to be contrary to the Darwinian laws, which always supports might over right.(gotta love all those cliches... )My point is that it is psychological more advantages for me to be true to my own morality then to adopt a more
popular cultural belief system(the one people actually live in not the one they preach in their churchs).

I used to be a nihilist but found existentialism fit my life better.

¿Did you ever watch American Beauty? What you've wrote is the main theme of that movie. One of it's last lines is the following:

"Our marriage is just a show, a commercial of how ‘normal’ we are, when we are anything but."

F***ing true, isn't it?

I believe that most of the time NTs move their mouth and tongue and make some sound after the other did the same in front of the first, but not as an aspie dialog, it is a kind of ritual, I guess, in which they must sound the same; I suspect that, in fact, it is a kind of psittacism.
