not sure if this has something to do with ASD in some way.

but i get these random thoughts that just make me angry.

i dont usually think about it but they just pop in my head for what ever reason.

not sure if this is OCD or something.

sometimes even with songs i listen to i feel angry or sad.

or is this a mood swing?

I actually have some of those from time to time. Don't think it's Aspie related though as I'm sure NT's have them too. It might just be a human thing if you know what I mean. Nothing to lose sleep over though.

I experience random emotions all the time. I'm constantly thinking no matter what I do. If I think of something that provokes a random emotion, I feel that particular emotion.
