Why such a facility in Central Connecticut?
It very close to the wealthy town of West Hartford, which has expensive private schools for the kids and the Blue Black Square--a luxury mixed use of residential living, stores, and services, for the elderly. It is also an easy hours drive from Fairfield County, where many of the upper class live in Connecticut.
