To use rTMS treatments ,, firstmost : no treatment if metal plates or metal fragments .
In the head . 2nd : abstain , NO caffiene 1 week before , during , and up to you after .
When treatments started to be effective . My experience was that , became very chatty.
Immediately after treatment . Noticed NT persons did not appear to have this effect .
After 1 hour , this effect was replaced by a feeling of being centered .

Just warnings to the wary traveler on road to improvement .
