I watch a ton of YouTube. If I'm interested in a video, I'll sometimes watch it anywhere from 3-10x in a row (if it's relatively short). Could this be because I'm not processing everything and need to repeat? Or do you think it could be more of an OCD thing? During a neuropsychological exam, the psychologist told me I have difficulty processing information. But I can tell you this seems to only happen with people. If I read or hear something without encountering a person... there is zero lag in processing.

Doesn't sound like OCD to me. There are OCD sites.

It doesn't sound like OCD either. I do have difficulty processing what I read in hard copies of books though, which I why I have only read maybe 6 books front to back in my entire life. I will have to read and re-read many times over to understand what I just read. This doesn't seem to be as much an issue with text on forums, articles, essays, which I love to read everyday. I can always easily highlight text to make it easier to read when its on a computer.
