you had difficulty saying what you wanted to say even tho you had ideas.

imagine if.

you talked in sentences but were difficult to understand.

imagine if.

you sounded muddled and it was difficult to follow what you were saying.

imagine if.

you found it difficult to understand words and long instructions.

imagine if.

you had difficulty remembering the words you wanted to say.

Why would I or for that matter, anybody here have to imagine any of that?

Remove #4, and on my bad days, that's me.

I think the OP is expressing his frustration, and is, in a way, speaking to NTs/the wider world.

To tell you the truth, it also expresses my discontent, and probably many other people's here.

Zkydz is right...we actually don't have to imagine all this; it's concrete to us, and clear as day.

I hadn't considered this. And, there are NT parents, spouses and significant others here to seek insight. It is a valid thread for all to see.
