Congratulations (I think) :D . I need to talk to a place that does these services and offers group therapy and other autism services. I just haven't gotten around to it. My one thing is I hope that when I get these services that they take into account that I'm really high functioning and that I have extreme anxiety too and may not want to participate in the first few things due to fears. For the place I plan on signing up, it's for people who have an official diagnosis only. Is the place you are going to like that too? Or can anyone sign up?

Hey will you let me know how this goes? I tried to develop something similar over the Summer and couldn't get anyone to let me put it on anywhere here. I wasn't willing to pay for a location because it would have come out of my own pocket. I'm going to put it online instead. I could use practical tips.

Hopefully this is helpful for you. I know it is for some people.
But I've been through these kinds of social skills programs for autistics before, and it was not helpful at all to me. Just more refined ways to teach us to fake not being autistic / fake being neurotypical. I just found it disingenuous.
