Has anyone tried to eliminate sugars and gluten for about at least a month or longer to help their autism? I really want to cure it because I feel it's affected my social life and appearance negatively but I believe there's hope even though most people here don't want to cure their sickness I do.

I cut out wheat and discovered that it had been affecting me, it made me lethargic and kinda intoxicated.
I don't know if I'm ASD now

I am Gluten-Free, and have been for a year or more, and I try to be as Sugar-Free as I can.
