Are you on any medication at the moment? I should be but ive stoped taking it for a few day to see how i go.

For AS or just something else? I am on inhalers to prevent my asthma, and I take a supplement of GABA when I feel stressed/panicky and cant wind down.

Ok well im sposed to be in rispidal but i dont want to be in it so stoped and now im stress although that could be coz im going back to school sfter two weeks of holidays.

20 mg generic prozac
50 mcg levothyroxine

Several grams of fish oil daily when I remember.

Interesting... I used to be on prozac and levothyroxine around 10 years ago.

i have just started taking zyprexa, its supposed to stabilise one's mood.

what ever you do, dont go onto arapax at the same time, it almost killed me

200mg of Zoloft daily
5-10mg Valium when needed
I'm supposed to take Xanax when I experience my perfectly punctual panic attacks...but I don't bother

Me still anxious beyond belief. :roll:
