I'm working on 1, 2, 3, and 10 right now.

Do you mind sharing what condition(s) you have?

I googled that. It sounds pretty awful.

How do you treat it?

I'd suggest that being specific in the title is more likely to lead to the kind of information you are seeking and avoids the possibility of annoying people who have no interest in or no experience of the topic.

Would you like me to edit your title to better reflect the topic (using the moderator options)?

Strength training
Fixing postural issues like kyphosis, excessive lordosis, anterior pelvic tilt and forward head posture
Massage
Pressure point release
Foam rolling
L-glutamine
High doses of fish oil
Long acting tylenol
Heating pads
Ice packs
Epsom salt baths
Surgery(in my case to remove problematic bone tumors)

I find the above options much better than relying on strong narcotics which have no happy ending.

I have a genetic bone disease which has caused deformities and upwards of 50 bone tumors throughout my body.

Wow, sorry you have to go through all that. Have there been noticeable improvements with the fish oil? I took it for about a year for the supposed benefits but still unsure how effective it is.

I find it helps with some of the deep aches and inflammation type pain. It also helps with other urinary issues I have. I take about 8 grams of omega 3 fish oil a day spread out throughout the day. Combining all the above options together I find works best. I'd like to add marijuanna in the mix when it is legalized here in Canada next spring. Obtaining a medical card is still too much of a hassle atm.

I am having surgery on my neck in august, was supposed to be in june but my surgery got bumped. I'll need surgery on my right foot, ribs, and collar bone eventually, and maybe my hands to remove the tumors causing the most problems. The OP honestly sounds way worse off than I am pain wise atm. My pain isn't my main problem atm, it's my severe IBS-D.

Is it annoying that many people?
