Hi guys looking for a nootropic that helps for autistic males that have excellent recall but poor short term memory with again an outstanding ability to recall events and people.

Anyone have any recommendations?

First question do you get enough high quality sleep?

And since it is short term memory it might be better to do exercises that trains it.

Anything that agonises the acetylcholine receptors, such as nicotine (no need to smoke - you could take nicotine lozenges, like I do as a non-smoker), or anything with choline in it: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Choline#F ... of_choline

Low acetylcholine has been linked to dementia in the elderly so nicotine - without the toxic chemicals from cigarettes - has been proven to improve cognitive function: http://www.nhs.uk/news/2012/01January/P ... imers.aspx

There is lots of info on nootropics at drugs-forum. You don't have to join to search it
