Do you ever have trouble remembering something, and all of a sudden you think of what would have been the case sometime in the past (like a few years ago or even many years ago)?

Like for instance I switched to a new bank less then 2 years ago. I totally drew a blank on what bank it is. All I could think of is the name of the other bank I used to have an account with, that I was with for a much longer time.

I tend to, all of a sudden, remember many things I had forgotten if the memory is EVOKED by something.

For example, one time, I forgot the name of a hotel I stayed in Montreal when I was six (we had gone to Expo 67). When I smelled a smell I remembered well (the smell was some sort of glue used in construction and renovation), I, all of a sudden, remembered the name of the hotel.

All the time. I'm constantly putting in old passwords and when my bank switched to a new type of card and I got a new one with a new number I kept putting in the wrong card number. And then of course there's New Years.
