Often at night I will start feeling this weird depressed metallic feeling, where I seem to think normally but if I focus on the feeling everything seems gloomier. Ou often feels like I'm about to start crying, and the front of my body feels funny, almost metallic. Ou's that feeling where you chomp down on metal feeling the electricity. Ou's like that.

Ou becomes more difficult to read and understand things and my vision seems blurrier.

(Note: ou = he, she, it. I am enforcing the use of this pronoun on myself on this forum.)

When I have trouble reading, ou's like my head fills with images, pixels, lines, and colors and those block me from comprehending what I'm reading. But ou's much less dramatic than ou sounds. In fact I have to think about ou to realize that's what's going on. If I don't, then I simply stop comprehending, without really thinking about ou.

Though my mood has been balanced, I've been experiencing a mental block and dizziness at times, like ou will take more of an effort to understand what's going on around me.

It's interesting , I am a 54 yrs old man ( not autistic ) with depression FR the last 34 years. My depressed episode gives me the feeling of unexplained fear it's not the being frightened one , it's like a big hole if yu like , and being pulled down , traumatized and cannot fight back . It is horrendous. I take five types of anti depressants , but still get this every two to three weeks , torture .how do yu deal with yours ?

450 MG of Wellbutron XR has done me wonders. Even if I get down or sad about something, I will no longer plunge into a deep depression. I'll be down for maybe half-an-hour at most, then I'll start thinking what I'm going to do about what makes me sad. It helps me achieve balance in my mood and outlook.
