Any good ideas of how to cope with the change between schools....

My idea was to always be listening to music. That may not be a good idea for everyone.

When I changed schools, I concentrated on study for the first few months. Maybe not the best approach, but I could do the study - I didn't know how to make friends - so I focussed on that whilst adjusting. It helped me.

I still struggle with this though I found studying, going to library, walking helps. I'm at college and there's a gym next to it so this year I'm going to buy gym membership and be at the gym in lunch time
