Not sure what I need to inform, to several people

I've always had this problem, but I am not sure if it is related to ASD, or it's just me.

For example, assume that I have information "ABC", which I can't exactly recognize the whole at moment.

Then, I tell someone only part of the information, let's call it A, and the other person B, etc.

And then I forget everything and I feel like everyone have the whole information "ABC", and I tend to not tell anymore about it even if I have to tell in some situation.

Do you have any ideas?
