This morning I had the same having to go to the bathroom again-and-again problem manifest itself when I was dressing (at least Cockney Rebel commensirated(Sp??) with me on this) and it helped get me going out very late :(. It also has my amount of clean underwear , with my money basically all out now , down to only two !
I should have bought , AGAIN , some clean underwear earlier but I had to renew my cheepo AT&T phone for $55 or so , and more besides . Because of my state I tend to sleep now with undies on , when I'd really , rather , sleep pantsless - My sheets are these thrift-shop sheets , they are , even with undies on , a touch stained now , I've folded them over .
My sleeping pattern is just so screwed-up , and in my room I have no computer to post with , or TV , DVD , CD or even a radio - And , worse , remember , I  have dim-ish enough light that reading a book is kind of an eyestrain , you'll remember I had that lantern I spent 40-ish dollars on that broke near-instantly without a receipt and that was that  .
If I didn't have to go as far and as often outside to get food and especially to scrounge for computer time I could try to sleep more , I basically never get enough :( -There is , if course , the excessive light and the " lead " .

Why don't you get a cheap clock radio for about $9.99. You can get them at many stores.

Or get one that you can carry, and uses batteries.

A radio would do you good in the dark. I used to enjoy listening to the radio in the dark.

...I was getting at , for one , the fact that the radio does not seem to " be mine " anymore  ~ Since I'm not only out of touch with contemporary pop music , even old music-oriented stations of the type I did very much like :) are basically all gone noe- :( .
When I first came to SF , there was one oldies station , then later IIRC another one after that one went bye-bye - Plus , there was a quite nice " traditional pop/Our Parents' Music/' Sinatra station ' " (what Billboard calls " Adult Standards - like the old WNEW-AM) called KABL in Oakland , it stopped being that a long ways ago :( .
